2/3 cup Evaporated Creamer
1/4 cup Sweetened Condensed Creamer
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh nangka (Jackfruit)
3 cups Powdered Filled Milk
How to make Nangka (Jackfruit) Pastillas
- In a pan, boil chopped nangka in Evaporated milk for 3 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- In another bowl, mix milk-nangka mixture, condensed milk and powdered filled milk until well blended.
- Form into small logs and wrap in paper then in colored cellophane if desired.
