Egg Sarciado


6 eggs, hard-cooked
1/2 cup tomatoes, sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt 1 small onion, sliced
1 tablespoon oil
1 & 1/4 cup water

How to cook Egg Sarciado:

  • Cut hard-cooked eggs into four pieces lengthwise, and arrange on a platter.
  • Saut√© onions and tomatoes. Add water and let boil for 2 minutes.
  • Season with salt. Pour sauce over egg slices. Yield: 6 servings.
