Gluten Stew


Ingredients:

1/2 cup cooked gluten
3 cups of rice washing or water
4 small onions, quartered
1 cup tomatoes, sliced
1/2 cup carrots, cubed
2 small celery stalks or kinchay cut in pieces
1 small canned peas
4 medium potatoes, cubed
Salt to taste
